  • “services” - commercial support, fixes, bug fixes, third party integration, installations, module installations, theme installations, debugging, errors, error debugging
  • ”client", "you" - anybody who intends to purchase, purchases or uses our “services”, within their support contract (One time fixes or Premium Plan)
  • ”web platform" - refers to the ecommerce platform(OpenCart)
  • "our","us”,”OpenCart” - refers to the owner of OpenCart.com, registered as OpenCart Ltd registered in Hong Kong with an address Unit 16, 26/F, Tuen Mun Central Square, 22 Hoi Wing Road, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong

Before you purchase, download and use OpenCart commercial support for your own purposes, or for your clients' please make sure you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. By using dedicated.opencart.com website, we assume you've read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.

OpenCart Ltd reserves the right to change the prices and/or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to its clients. Information about our Support policy is available here.

1. Payments

All payments (both one time and recurring) are handled via PayPal.

2. Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that fixes will work on all browsers, especially older IE (Internet Explorer versions <8), nor do we guarantee that our services will be functional with all versions of the OpenCart web platforms, unless explicitly stated in the FAQ. We are also not to be held liable from any hosting or outside of the platform related problems.

3. Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the client for completing the transaction, delivery of the service, confidential information including their name, email, and store credentials is deemed strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information with anyone.

4. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall OpenCart be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising from the use of, or the inability to use the service on this site.
